The Mood Tracker
Understanding people’s everyday experience
Beaconforce’s Mood Tracker helps people observe their mood over time through a simple, quick, and voluntary interaction.
Each check-in contributes to building a personal map of the last 60 days, visible on the user’s dashboard. The primary value of this data lies here: offering each person a space to recognize their everyday experience more clearly.
Managers, HR, and leadership only have access to aggregated and anonymous insights, designed to understand trends, collective dynamics, and recurring signals. It is not an individual evaluation tool, but a way to make legible what often remains implicit until it becomes difficult to ignore.
A simple signal that reveals much more
People bring to work an emotional state that changes every day, and that state influences the quality of attention, the ability to collaborate, and the willingness to deal with difficulties. In most organizations, this dimension remains invisible until it becomes a problem that can no longer be ignored.
The Mood Tracker makes this dimension visible in a simple and respectful way. A small daily interaction that, over time, builds a meaningful map, useful first and foremost to the person themselves: recognizing their emotional patterns, periods of greater energy, and moments when something changed the quality of their work experience.
Managers and HR do not have access to individual data, but to aggregated insights that show how a team’s climate evolves over time. Anonymity is not a limitation: it is the condition that allows people to respond honestly, making the data more useful for everyone.
