Vancho Cirovski is the President of Peak Consulting, a leadership consulting firm he started in 1998 to provide organizational development expertise in culture change efforts while performing his ongoing management duties.

In 1999 he joined Cardinal Health as the VP of HR at its hard gelatin pharmaceutical supply division in Windsor, Ontario. In 2003 he assumed a wider role as VP Operations and HR, where he assumed complete responsibility for manufacturing, quality, supply management, and human resources. In 2005 he and two other management partners executed a management buyout of the factory and renamed it Pharmaphil.

Pharmaphil was sold in 2007 to Qualicaps, a global private equity firm and Vancho was asked to lead a new Qualicaps startup in Bucharest, Romania as its President. He helped guide the state of the art facility startup into a commercial success.

In 2010, Vancho turned his attention to Peak Consulting and dove deeper into performance and success methodologies, including the use of organizational / social network analysis and motivational value systems to support high-performance culture and team development. His successful work with sports teams has been featured in Bloomberg Business Week and presented at various professional conferences.

He holds a Master’s degree from Michigan State University in Labor and Industrial Relations. Prior to his acquisition of Pharmaphil, Vancho’s business career from 1985 through 2003 includes progressive work experience with Ford, Hiram Walker / Allied Domecq, and Cardinal Health
in Human Resources and Organizational Development; and from 2012 through 2019 included stints with Accucaps, Vistaprint and Red Sun Farms where he was involved in labor negotiations, culture change efforts, talent management, training and development programs, and leadership
development.
