The Science of
Beaconforce
Applied Behavioral Science in the Workplace
Beaconforce’s technology and framework were designed by behavioral experts and researchers who brought together, in a single solution, what organizational psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics have been telling us for decades.
A system built on deterministic and transparent foundations, in which people’s participation is always voluntary and responses remain anonymous by design.
From research to everyday decisions
Beaconforce was born from the meeting of two fields that rarely engage in an effective dialogue: scientific research on human behavior and its practical application in organizational contexts.
Decades of studies in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics have produced a solid understanding of how people think, stay motivated, collaborate, and make decisions at work. Yet most organizations still lack practical tools to translate that knowledge into useful insights and concrete actions.
Beaconforce fills this gap through a precise methodological choice. The system is deterministic: data is processed according to fixed, transparent, and reproducible rules. The same set of responses always produces the same result, making the system verifiable and reliable over time.
Voluntary participation, anonymity, and high-quality data
Participation is entirely voluntary. Each person freely chooses whether and when to contribute, and independently decides whether to share their personal dashboard with managers and HR.
Responses are anonymous by design. Managers, HR, and leadership have access to interpretive dashboards that synthesize group responses, designed to read collective dynamics and guide organizational decisions.
This approach is not just an ethical choice: it is the condition that makes the data reliable. When people participate freely and anonymously, responses reflect real experience, and the resulting interpretation is more useful for everyone.
